What is this service?

Therapeutic massage is a clinical procedure that systematically affects various body parts by hand, improving blood circulation, normalizing muscle tone and reducing pain. At LOQOS, many methods are applied: Bobath, Vojta, classic pediatric massage, reflex massage. For each child, an optimal treatment program is selected based on specific diagnosis.

Who needs therapeutic massage?

• Cerebral Palsy (CP)|Normalization of muscle tone, improvement of movement.|0–18 years
• Hypertonia / Hypotonia|Infants and children with abnormal muscle tone from birth.|0–5 years
• Scoliosis|Slowing spinal curvature progression, postural correction.|5–16 years
• Gait Problems|Toe walking, irregular gait.|2–10 years
• Post-Trauma/Surgery|Recovery after physical trauma, fracture, surgery.|All ages

Therapeutic massage process

• Consultation|Medical documents, initial examination, pediatrician referral.
• Massage Plan|Treatment type, number of sessions, methodology determined based on diagnosis.
• Treatment Courses|Usually a course of 10-15 sessions. Each session 30-40 minutes.
• Results Assessment|After the course, dynamics are assessed and the next course is planned.
